Riad Chamade Médina Luxury - Privatif, Piscine & Spa

Fantastic riad in heart of old city. Vey comfortable, beautifully presented. Host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, as well as daily cleaning provided and nice breakfast at very reasonable rate.

Kitchen had big fridge but wasn’t very easy to use for cooking - not a problem for us as wanted to eat out but might be helpful if intending to do own cooking.

The Riad was beautiful and each bedroom had a different lay out , beds were as described and for me super comfy ( hard) but others in the group found them too hard . The aircon worked well even in the larger rooms . It was good to have the Riad to ourselves and the owner left us to have the run of the place which was brilliant. The rooftop area allowed us to catch sunrise and sunset and just take in the view . The star of the show was Amelle and Rochidia 🥰 Amelle is the owner and the communications running up to our stay was fantastic and they made the place available before normal checkin time as 2 of the 10 were arriving earlier. Amelle went above and beyond to make the stay special and we loved her warm friendliness when we arrived . She arranged airport transfer to excursions and places to eat. We had breakfast a couple of times and dinner the first evening which was amazing and very traditional Moroccan food.

If I could change one thing it would be the chairs next to the pool ,not very comfortable .

A really clean and well equipped property, the host was really helpful and assisted with all our needs.

Amelle was such an amazing host and helped us with coordinating transportation, tours, and anything that we needed. She was extremely responsive on WhatsApp to answer any questions that we had before our arrival and during our stay. The riad itself is so inviting and cozy with beautiful architectural details. The riad staff cooked some very delicious meals for our group and were so great. We had a lovely chicken tagine lunch ready for us upon arrival. We were traveling with one baby and a small child and they were able to get a crib for us as well as car seats for the transportation. Such great service! We're so thankful to Amelle and the Riad staff for being so accommodating and welcoming. Merci beaucoup / Shukran

Charming and calm!

The property definitely had the WOW factor ! Everything was so beautifully done and thought of. It was so clean and had everything we needed . The staff were amazing especially Amelle our Host. Amelle was so attentive to everything and all 9x of our needs . Nothing was too much , from booking excursions and transport to ensuring we were enjoying our stay and making sure we were safe on excursions she had booked for us. Communication was always so easy from beginning to end . We can’t thankyou enough for everything we had such a brilliant holiday. Love the crazy 9x women from London xx
