There was construction directly across from the front door and beneath this unit to install an elevator. This was very off putting as soon as we parked and observed the workers. Better Beach Rentals was called after hours and we were told that this was an HOA issue and they had no control over that…we were Just told to call BBR after 8 AM the next day about possible new location or rental adjustment. Luckily we did Not hear noise from the construction and decided to continue our 3 day stay in this unit. We had no other issues. The unit was very nice and we would stay there again.
