NZBeds comfortable and clean/soft linens
Locks difficult to lock/unlock. Spiderwebs everywhere inside, dog poo outside, refrigerator froze our fruit and vegetables and cans of beer solid!! Top bunk unusable as there was a bolt missing to attach it (as it was under the bed)
NZThe area of where the property was situated, walking distance to the beach is a plus, very comfortable, beds were clean and comfortable, love the outdoor decking and bbq.
The owners belongings were stuffed in corners, made it feel abit messy, vaccume needed cleaning out, bbq was not cleaned, chairs to tables were flimsy, and outside table legs need to be fixed,

No microwave, tap on kitchen sink is loose, when you want to change from hot to cold the whole tap moves along.
