Dom jest bardzo wygodny. Budynek znajduje się przy ulicy - własna furtka - dzięki temu można zaparkować pod samym domem. Miły ogródek i taras (też na dachu). Jest markiza na tarasie. Teren obiektu jest zadbany, duży basen + brodzik + jacuzzi, leżaki z parasolkami. Na basen wystarczy przejść alejkami między domami. W domu wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja, pralka, zmywarka, suszarka do włosów, piekarnik razem z mikrofalówką (trochę średnie że razem), ekspres na kapsułki, lodówka z zamrażalnikiem. Dużo naczyń, mikser, toster. Są ręczniki i cienkie ręczniki na basen. Parasolki na plażę. Zabawki na plażę dla dzieci. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Przywitał nas w domu upominkiem z wina i owoców. Bardzo blisko jest do marketu Mercadona więc nawet ktoś bez samochodu zrobi zakupy bez problemu.

Nic, co wpłynęłoby na nasze zadowolenie czy komfort. Niewielkie drobiazgi - mogłoby być więcej sztućców, duża miska do prania i odkurzacz. Dom jest przy ulicy więc słychać samochody, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Tutto perfetto

We've stayed here many times before (and this bungalow once before) and always enjoy the relaxed and quiet surroundings. We love the large pool area and close proximity to Faro and a couple of good local restaurants. Oliver is always friendly and swift with communication 😊

The bungalow was comfortable and had all that we needed, but a small number of minor repairs (from wear and tear) were required here and there. But certainly nothing that spoilt our hols or was urgent.

We arrived at the facility around 10 pm and were warmly welcomed by the host Oliver. He explained to us in detail how all the devices worked and showed us around the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the food products prepared by the host for a late dinner. All devices, including the air conditioning, worked flawlessly. We had super fast internet. Proximity to the pool and beach with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Contact with the host was impeccable. On the last day of our stay, Oliver agreed to check out later, for which we are very grateful. We will come back here for sure!!!

Double bed mattress was sinking in the middle and bed linen was old and stained. Sofa was not clean. Speeding cars on road at front of house, suggest introduction of a speed limit. The swimming pool was out of operation during our stay, however we had been notified about this one week prior our arrival

The beautiful house was spacious and spotless , it had all the facilities you need for a brilliant relaxing holiday including an amazing roof terrace with fantastic 360 deg views of the sea, mountains and golf course. The house is close to a beach and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to a big supermarket , which was great value.There is a lovely swimming pool on the complex with plenty of sun beds at all times . The host, Oliver, who showed us around when we arrived, was really helpful and allowed us to delay our departure time due a late flight home . I would definitely recommend this place .

There was nothing to dislike

Spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Oliver very helpful at check-in. Rooftop terrace ideal for sunbathing and complex not busy at all.

Super nice house with a private garden and a big swimming pool just 2 minutes walk. Super clean, nice kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with big shower, TV with international channels and Netflix. The last but not the least is Oliver, the house manager. He’s super kind, very helpful in solving problems, the best person met in Gran Canaria. We had a problem with air conditioning and he made serious efforts to resolve the issue. Highly recommended!

The house is close to the road that goes down to Meloneras beach, you can hear the traffic a little. Nothing annoying though.

Bahia Meloneras ll 5 is an excellent property. The property is easily accessible from the airport and we always found parking right outside the gate. The property was very clean and well equipped with plenty of towels and bedding. Everything we needed was provided and if anything else or any food,drink,toiletries,charcoal is required a modern Mercadona supermarket is only 3 roundabouts away. Meloneras beach is a short walk away with a good choice of restaurants, bars and coffee places. This property is a great base for exploring the rest of Gran Canaria as there is easy access to the GC 1 motorway. The property itself was very comfortable with plenty of space inside and out. There is a large front garden with plenty of room for sunbathing and also plenty of shade and also a balcony off the front bedroom for morning coffee and a large roof terrace with excellent views of sea, golf course and mountains. Communication with the property provider, Oliver, was excellent. He gave us excellent directions and was in contact with us from plane to property. He was there to greet us on arrival and helped us with our luggage. He showed us around the property and explained how everything worked, wifi, tv, air conditioning etc. He was a great help and gave us check out info, as we had an early flight home. We were able to leave the keys in a safe place when we left. He also provided a welcome pack with water, wine, fruit and goodies which was greatly appreciated.

We didn’t like only staying for one week. We wish we were there now.
