"Great location if you don’t mind a “no-frills basic place to stay “"

It’s a quiet location on Oak Island and of course it’s BEACHFRONT.

House was built in the 70s and it definitely shows its age inside and out to include the furnishings.

You can’t beat this ocean front location with wonderful deck.

We like what some people might not. This is a comfortable beach cottage. It suited us. We weren’t looking for sleek and fancy.

Loved the ocean view and location. House decorated nicely. I liked being able to call the owner if I needed.

We ran out of toilet tissue. For 7 adults, there was only one extra roll. For price of house, there needs to be extra supplies like this. I didn't particularly like having to empty trash and take sheets off bed. Again for the price you pay, that should be done for guest.
