The location

**WARNING:** We feel misled because after making the booking, we were informed that the jacuzzi was not included in the price. To use it, there is a €65 fee for heating it up and an additional €15 per day. This was not made clear beforehand, which we believe is false advertising. We ended up paying the fees as we had no other choice, but the jacuzzi's floor was very slippery, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, while pets are allowed in the house, there is a notice stating that they are not permitted upstairs. This effectively means that pets are only allowed in 50% of the house, which was not clearly communicated either. The house is advertised as accommodating 6 people, yet there is only one shower, and after each use, the bathroom floor is completely wet. There are also issues with the central heating, which was programmed to shut off at night, leaving the house uncomfortably cold. The upstairs heating made constant ticking sounds, making it difficult to sleep. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have pull-out beds, where one bed is higher than the other, with the lower one almost on the floor. Pulling out these beds leaves very little space to move around in the bedroom. The washing machine is functional but located outside, meaning you have to bring wet laundry inside to dry. A dryer should not be considered an extra luxury at this price point. Overall, this is very basic accommodation for a significant amount of money. We will definitely not be returning.

Excellent location. Only a few kilometers to Keukenhof, about half an hour to Amsterdam, easily accessible The Hague, Rotterdam... The house is in a quiet location, on the edge of the village of Noordwijkerhout. Beautiful surroundings, fields with tulips, no car traffic. The house was spacious for 3 adults and one small child. There is a double bed in the bedroom, folding beds in two small rooms. Access to the floor by steep stairs, children must be very careful. On the ground floor, a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen - dishwasher including tablets, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, induction hob, toaster and plenty of dishes. The house was clean, well cleaned, the beds are quite soft, but we slept well. A small but nice garden around the house. Parking is possible right next to the house on the property. The price - it's the Netherlands - the prices are higher than what we normally pay in Italy, Germany or Austria. But in local conditions you get good value for money.

There is only one wardrobe in the whole house.

Beautiful cozy house in the good location. Very comfortable beds, blankets and pillows. Quiet neighborhood.
