Hotel Mount View Heritage

It’s a heritage bungalow, so the furniture is likewise. Don’t expect plush furniture as you would in a new hotel. However, if you are looking for comfort and ambience, combined with world-class hospitality, this is the place. It grows on you. The food and service is exceptional. The staff is top notch on Hospitality. The location is amazing. We were caught unawares by pre-monsoon showers and the temperature dropped to 20C in May! We were amongst the clouds-literally. If you are travelling with a pet (we were with our Labrador), then this is an awesome choice.

very old property. not meeting current anticipation of people. no dining room. dining tables were set outside the each room. not upto expectation.

I had a last minute booking and arrived at 12:20am. Was pretty impressed that the staff was at the door, thos past midnight just took my ID and told me to rest and do the formalities in the morning. Morning they served amazing breakfast and then did the payment and other formalities. Location, view etc is amazing.

Pillows were too hard for mu liking

Heritage property in a beautiful setting with a lovely garden. Staff were delightful and the food which was cooked to order was good.

The bed and pillows were incredibly hard and the bathroom and bedroom needed maintenance.

Staff and people were very good, quick service, clean rooms and very good breakfast.

Prices were a little high. However, the remaining whole experience was very good.

The room selection was not available on Booling .Com. The room alloted was very bad and uncomfortable. We had to upgrade by paying additional amount of arrounf 7000 INR. This room was simple but good. Pl do not book on web site. Call hotel directly

Liked the property and the staff was very courteous, we will visit again.

Nothing in particular, we loved the place and the people. The only suggestion we have is, not many prefer to eat too much, if they could start offering "a la carte ", just a few basic items would make it a better experience for people who eat light and prefer home food.
