Service of the staff was excellent.. Good Parsi food. No excessive masala-mirchi.The option of half-board is a great idea. Linen, etc was very clean. The location is excellent. Lot of greenery around. A good view. No shine and glitter of new hotels. A proper heritage place for those who like old-world charm. Overall, a great stay, and very recommendable.

There were some inconveniences in the room. There was no fan for those who prefer a fan to an AC. This was Room no.1. I don't know about the other rooms There was no wardrobe. No place to hang your clothes. There was a cabinet with drawers, but they were extremely tight and very very difficult to open/shut.. The chairs/benches outside in the compound could have been more comfortable. The above is not a criticism. Just a friendly hint to the management to make minor improvements.

Yes. Our stay was truly wonderful. It has a breathtaking view of the valley and the lake. I loved the antique architecture; it almost feels like you are in a different time. It felt warm and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I also appreciated the staff and owners, who were very cooperative and made our stay pleasant. I would love to visit again. And the breakfast was also delicious. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations.❤️

We loved the location and the gaming area. The common area outside our rooms served us just right as we were a large group and had booked 4 rooms in a row. We enjoyed the food that we thought had variaty, flavor and was very clean cooked with good quality products and oils. There was adequate parking space for cars. The bathrooms were spacious and very lovely. The rooms had a mini fridge too so again a great things for groups and families that arrived with ice boxes full of juices, shakes, etc . Our duplex room was not really great for a family of three. And having an extra mattress would have made the room get too cramped. We should have booked a larger room. But the bed was spacious n we managed kinda ok eventually. The owners dropped by to say hello in the evening which was very kind of them.

Few monsoon related damp spots on the walls. The mini fridge we had was unclean inside. We found hair lying inside it and had to sanitize it ourselves before we could use it. Not much toiletries provided besides the liquid soap. We usually get moisturizers , etc in other hotels we visit. An additional blanket we had requested for never arrived. The rooms could have done better with some blackout curtains. It's gets bright in the room in the mornings as the curtains are just sheer curtains. Also the doors and windows could be modernized so they could be sound proofed. The neighbouring room was occupied by a family that arrived with a dog. It was loud. That family probably feels our kids were loud.

This is a beautiful property located in Panchgani. We visited in the monsoons and its nothing less than paradise. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a stay. One would rather enjoy spending more time in the verandah enjoying a cup of coffee and the beautiful weather. They have delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner spreads. All at economical rates. I will definitely recommend staying here. Parmar who assisted us during the stay was very gracious and the service was prompt.
