The villa itself was very nice and cozy space. The location was close to the center, like 2 mins to all the restaurants. The communication with the property management was very easy. We had an issue with the lock and they came in the morning to fix it, while updating us about everything. Kitchen was quite well equipped so we could prepare breakfast and have coffee in the morning.

Although the property has 2 bathrooms, bathroom upstairs has glass door and only a bath tub without the shower hose, so the 4 of us had to take shower in the bathroom downstairs. The shower is also leaking so we would always have to mop the floor otherwise it would be flooded. Be a bit patient to get hot water in the shower but once it heats up it's ok. I also suggest to fix the faucet in the sink. Be aware that the big bedroom upstairs doesn't have any door. If you are renting a car it might be quite challenging to get to the property and the garage if you're not an experienced driver (very narrow streets). Also we slept with open windows as we're not used to AC that much and the bells were ringing all night long (every 15mins if I'm not mistaken).

Great location, two minutes walk from restaurants etc but very quiet. Nice outside space on balconies. Fantastic garage for cyclists

I liked the open plan of the house. Very roomy and comfortable.

It got cold at night I would have some signs up advertising that’s the air con produces heat

Location is great, close to the centre, quiet, clean and with a pellet oven that was perfect for the evenings during our stay in November. Super nice view from the 2nd floor. in the instructions it is mentioned how to park your (small!) car in the garage quite easily. We would stay here again!

Bed in the upper floor needs to be fixed (this was planned after our stay). The shower is leaking- however we put some towels around the shower on the floor.

The location was excellent. Property in a quiet area but accessible to all restaurants & bars. There were well stocked supermarkets within a ten minute walk. Buses were eight minutes walking distance to travel to other local resorts. Kitchen amenities well covered including:- fridge, freezer, cooker and dishwasher. Laundry facilities on ground floor included washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes airer. All bedrooms and sitting area had air-con. Wi-Fi signal was good. TV provided in the sitting area. All areas were spotless, yes we would go back again.

Location, every window had a great view, the top balcony was great. Really peaceful and relaxing even with a family of 5.

Location is wonderful. Garage is useful but is a real pain to use, mostly because opening and closing the doors is cumbersome. Air conditioning worked well. Views were great from second floor balcony.

This property has the potential to be really really nice, but unfortunately, either the owner or the property manager refuses to address the same feedback that’s consistently been in many of the reviews for quite a while now. Specifically, the only shower in the house leaks VERY badly. Enough so that it requires several towels to sop up all the water after just a quick shower. I think just a bit of caulk could resolve this. Then, due to all of this water and humidity in the bathroom, there are constantly flies in there. We also found two large bugs in the upstairs bed and more inside the closet, which got into our clothes and bit us when we put them on. The second bathroom only has a tub, I don’t understand why they don’t add at least a handheld shower head so it could be useable. The door to this bathroom is CLEAR glass, which obviously provides zero privacy and no noise insulation. If one person is in the bed or at the desk, you can literally make eye contact with whoever is on the toilet. Not sure why they didn’t install a normal door. The bedsheets didn’t fit any of the full size mattresses, so they kept coming off and no one wants to touch a bare mattress at a rental property. Again, this is another easy fix. One of the most annoying things I’d say is that they left us with 4 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for a week stay. There also wasn’t any hand soap anywhere in the house, not in the bathrooms or in the kitchen. Seems counterintuitive if you want to keep your property clean and hygienic.

Location and balconies brilliant. Loved our stay and would recommend.

Few minor problems. Door to balcony off Livingroom wouldn't lock. Shower on middle floor leaked badly. For the access roads and to reverse into the garage I recommend a very small car.
