The fantasy alike lake, the mesmerizing atmosphere, all those floating houses around... Reminded me of Lord of the Rings lore. Concerning the house, it has an unique way to get to it through a floating platform. One room but with enough space to cook, chill and sleep. Most of the time you will be on the terrace for obvious reasons. Great bbq setup but not for purists, it is a lazy but very high-tech bbq. Bed is good, no problems with sleeping. Shower also is nice, and simple. Kitchen is nice, with three heating plates and a good fridge. Good that there are two paddles and one small boat, to experience more the lake rather than just with occasional splashes. Overall an unique experience with wonderful setup !

The terrace floor was in a poor shape with nails on the surface and could be quite dangerous for feet. The ladder to the water is also quite unpractical. The light on the terrace is quite bright and not cosy at all compared to neighbors houses.

Lake house Perućac is located on the most beautiful spot on lake Perućac, one of the most scenic water spots in Sebia. The house itself had everything needed for bbq and family gatherings and two sup boards to explore the lake. The outdoor area offers a view that you won’t forget! Definitely a heavenly place on earth! Recommended for couples and families who love to enjoy nature and water sports.
