Seapoint House

I liked the location , opposite the beach and not too far from tram stop.

Tvs were awkward to work out, mainly clean but a few bits needed a bit more attention like cobwebs on the ceiling at the front window, shower upstairs dripped the whole time, dryer leaked when we tried to use it, settee showed every tiny bit of fluff and was hard to keep clean.

Everything about this property is fabulous, from the cleanliness, the spaciousness and all the home comforts, you really don't need anything, the balcony was lovely to sit on and watch the rolling waves, a nice peaceful location with wonderful seaviews and sunsets, a lovely back garden with lots of seating and dinning options, the beds are all large and comfortable and the bedrooms are very roomy, a wonderful games room which we enjoyed, there or lots of local shops and restaurants a stones throw away, plus easy tram access to Blackpool if you want abit more hustle and bustle, we had very good communication with the owner. We loved this properly and will definitely be looking to return and pass this gem of a property on to others.....

The house was fantastic. It was a good location facing the coast, which was really well presented and cleaned everything you needed and allowed dogs
