Lily Cottage - Chic yet Traditional with Lovely Garden Space

Steep steps into dining room.

Great location. 5 minute walk into Dartmouth town centre, to catch the boats, steam train, shops, cafes, restaurants etc.. Quiet location Safe area

It had not been thoroughly clean before I arrived. Several cobwebs and tired sofas and cushions. Parking was a good walk away. The garden furniture was a bit tatty.

The garden was overgrown with weeds and brambles

The cottage was beautifully appointed. Location was great with easy access to the town. Car park was a short walk away. If you are a taller person you will need to stoop!

Everything

It was slightly cold as no firelighters to start fire 1st night,but lounge and bedroom had electric heating luckily.

Excellent position for Dartmouth centre. A nice and warm cottage.

Garden is good size, but so poorly maintained that it is unusable. Garden furniture broken and dirty, shrubs all overgrown. This is very poor, particularly if you want to use the outdoor space for a BBQ or even just reading/relaxing.

Steep stairs, bathroom downstairs, smell of damp in kitchen.

Location was excellent. Nice Garden and cute property.

Sofas and beds were uncomfortable unfortunately.

Property was nice inside and in town, all flat for walking up a side lane, so quiet, nice spot. ideal for a couple.

The garden isn’t attached to the house and it never said that, so letting a dog out means you have to put them on the lead and walk them across the public path, toilet/bathroom on ground floor with sleep stairs so not great for in the night. cleaners forgot to leave toilet roll and we arrived late on a bank holiday so had nothing till shops opened the following day.
