Beautiful Waterfront Home with Heated Pool and Game Room

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel umgeben von weiteren Einfamilienhäusern. Kurze Strecke zur I4 und alle Atraktionen rund um Orlando sind in max. 1 Stunde zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls reichlich in der näheren Umgebung, ebenso Restaurants. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist vollständig. Die Betten sind bequem.

Insgesamt ist einiges etwas abgewohnt und benötigt einen neuen Anstrich. Der Außenbereich und der Bereich hinter dem Haus sind leider sehr ungepflegt und stechen negativ aus der Umgebung hervor. Auch der Poolbereich bräuchte Pflege. Die Bilder hier entsprechen leider nicht mehr der Realität. Der Screen leider an vielen Stellen defekt. Kleinere Mängel in der Küche. Im Hauptbadezimmer ist der Duschbereich, wie hier schon öfter beschrieben, reparaturbedürftig. Die Duschwanne ist kaputt und rissig. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Bei unserer Anreise waren die Mülltonnen überfüllt und zusätzlich mit weiteren Mülltüten, die darauf lagen, bestückt. Ein entsprechender Hinweis an den Vermieter brachte leider nichts, so dass sich Tiere nachts des Mülls annahmen. Daraufhin hatten wir am nächsten Tag Besuch von der Polizei. Leider handelte der Vermieter auch daraufhin nicht. Schade und kein schönes Urlaubserlebnis.

The location of the villa was perfect for our trip, being 20 minutes from most of the Disney attractions and Gatorland. Nice layout and having a private pool overlooking the lake was a particular highlight.

The property felt neglected and let the rest of the road down in terms of appearance. The front and rear gardens are both heavily overgrown with knee high grass and weeds. The pool area was particularly dirty on arrival and we ended up cleaning it ourselves as we didn't hear back from the owners for over 24 hours. The showers were both poorly maintained but the one in the ensuite was dangerous. A huge crack running the length of the tray and we decided not to use it as it felt as if it was going to give way under our weight. We reported the issues shortly after arrival but unfortunately nothing was done due to the maintenance person having other commitments, although we were told this until the day before we left. Other little niggles such as the TV in the master bedroom not working and numerous blown lightbulbs further detracted from the overall experience.

- The location was perfect: near to Tampa, and near to Orlando and the theme parks. - The briefing and instructions at check-in were excellent.

- The home is a little bit outdated: it needs a fresh coat of paint (e.g., on the outside), some lamps didn’t work, and some equipment in the game room and swimming pool was broken. - There are only 2 bathrooms. There wasn't enough toilet paper. - There was no maintenance (garden/pool) during our stay. As a result, the water in the swimming was too low, we had to fill it ourselves. - We were only allowed to barbecue on the driveway, not by the pool. In similar vacation homes we've stayed at in the past, the BBQ was always by the pool. - A lot of traffic jams on the I4 due to construction works.

Clean, spacious, light and airy, ticked all of our boxes.

There wasn’t wanting we didn’t like. If I had to mention something, the shower tray in the en suite needs replacing, it’s had it’s day.

Lovely villa with all required amenities for a pleasant family holiday. Pool was lovely. Communication with owner was great with swift resolution of minor issue. Quiet location but near restaurants and Publix. Look out for the small alligator who lives in the lake 😀

Only niggle- Outside pool area was dirty but this was rectified swiftly.

A very comfortable villa with an excellent layout for extended family staying. The private pool was great and the view onto the lake at the rear made it very private.

Nothing it was lovely.

Spacious, pool, quiet neighborhood, essentials provided, nice layout for two families to stay.
