Great kitchen and utensils. Private garage, very nice garden. Close to the supermarkets. Large bathroom. Very nice host.

The host speaks Italian only, we can very little Italian, but it was not a big issue.

"Just what we wanted"

Rosella was there to meet us and told us about the property and its facilities. She told us about the heating and towels. The court yard was a sun trap and felt very warm for a February morning. We were able to park a people carrier in the courtyard. Lovely property nice and clean plenty of towels. It was warm enough for a February

There wasn't a plug in the bathroom. There was no hot water to wash the pots. However we did not tell Rosella about this as we could mange for the four nights we were there

Perfect accommodation for family vacation. The apartment is very spacious with 3 separate rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens. You will find here everything you will ever need to cook and dine. Owners are very kind and nice people. We were treated upon arrival with very delicious chocolate cake and bottle of wine in the fridge. I think that speaks for itself :). Rossella has very good taste and the place really feels like home. There's also private parking inside, ideal for rental car. It is also very well located, ideal for trips around southern coast of Sardinia. Cagliari is about 20-25 minutes away. West and east coast about 1-1,5h (which is great for Sardinia). There are enough shops end great restaurants around if you don't feel like travelling. We have visited Sardinia and Italy many times before but this was our best accommodation yet. We really felt like home. Thans again to Rossella. Highly recommended!
