Asukoht oli vaid mõne minuti kaugusel Riia kesklinnast, öösel oli vaikne ja linnamüra ei häirinud. Oli ka sauna kasutamise võimalus, ise kütma ei pidanud, lihtsalt ette teavitama mis kellaks saabume.

Peeglite juures oleks võinud parem valgustus olla.
