Parking was easy. All rooms were clean and a good size. Well equipped kitchen. Stayed in December but the heating was excellent. Easy property to get to and travel into Edinburgh city centre from. Quiet neighbourhood. All good!

Spacious rooms, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the center by public transport. The kitchen is connected to a dining room in the greenhouse, which allows for family dining. A place worth recommending for those traveling in a larger group.

The method of turning on the TV and the user manual are complicated, which prevents us from using this facility.

Full house, excellent for a family of 5. Comfy beds, clean and great location.

Quality of bedding and pillows

Location was good for us: quiet enough for a peaceful stay but close enough to go to the city whenever we wanted. But the main advantage of the house was precisely that - that it was a house, not a hotel: a cosy, comfortable and warm place to stay, away from the tourists and the noise. With a lovely living room to chill, big bedrooms and a kitchen with all the appliances to make a home cooked meal. We didn't use the garden as it was too cold in the winter but it's still nice to have. The shop is close by, there is a park "little France" within walking distance and a playground 5mins from the property.

things like soap and washing-up liquid were there, a few dishwasher tabs to start would have been useful. But that's just nitpicking really, everything else was great.

This house is amazing, everything you could need to self cater. We enjoyed a really positive experience here, walked to the bus stop to get into the city. The place was quiet and dark at night after a long day out, would definitely recommend a stay here.
