Chalet Lepenatka with Sauna - I feel Alps

Nádherná chata na romantickém místě, kuchyň vybavená, příjemná sauna, postele pohodlné, jen trochu vrzaly lamelové rošty. Balená pitná voda byla v chatě k dispozicí za poplatek nebo je možné napustit si za kopcem ve vesnicí z několika volně dostupných zdrojů. Překvapil nás široký sortiment balených potravin dostupný za poplatek přímo v chatě, bylo by fajn uvádět toto v informacích pro ubytované, kdybychom o tom věděli, nebrali bychom si tolik vlastního jídla.

Stunning location, very good host, and beautifully designed cabin with sauna.

Nothing, everything was perfect! A few small tips would be around how to use the sauna and correct pots and pans for the induction stove top as it did not work. Also the coffee maker could do with some instructions as we could not use it. An electric jug would be useful for quickly boiling water as you cannot drink the tap water. This would be more sustainable than having to drink/pay for the plastic bottled water.

The location and and new interior was amazing, and of course the sauna was very nice!

Could be more information about the existing mini bar at the chalet.

Very cozy, very clean, exceptional location.

Beautiful place in Slovenia. The cabin was very cosy and clean. The kitchen was really nice, and there was plenty of firewood available for the cold winter days. The bed was comfortable, and the blankets were cute (Christmas themed).

When we arrived, we couldn't open the front door as it was stuck. After about 15 minutes of trying to open it I gave the door a fair bit of push and it opened. It didn't get any better, was getting stuck all the time, and was very difficult to close and lock with the key. Would suggest to fix the issue. Would also be nice to have a toilet paper holder and maybe a small shelf in the shower to hold shampoo and soap.

This cottage is a gem! Everything is brand new, good quality, comfortable. There is well equiped kitchen including a coffee machine and a coffee, bathroom with shampoos and shower gels, comfortable beddings, fireplace prepared for pur stay, games to play and even a storage where you can shop drinking water, beers or milk. The sauna is superb and heated up very quickly. You got some essential oils that you can add and spray the rocks in the sauna heater to have a proper spa experience that can be finished by cooling off at the outdoors patio, under black sky full of stars and in unbelievable quitness. The Zeleni Rob serves food and is nearby….This was one of my most memorable stay ever, also thanks to a bit unexpected (we came late from Mackin Kot) wonderful sunrise view of the Alps! Thank you for having us! Ps: this cottage is even suitable for the youngest visitors!

What an amazing place! Velika Planina is like another world--Narnia or Middle Earth! And this chalet is spectacular. Newly redone (I think I was the first guest), in gorgeous alpine chic style. Everything I could want, all the comforts of home, plus luxurious extras. But it's designed in a way that feels perfect for its environment--a traditional herdsman's hut on the outside, and a perfect high-end spot for guests inside. The price was so reasonable considering what you get. It's in a great location, too, very close to the chairlift and a good restaurant atop the mountain. The hosts, Primoz and Aleksandra, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I really felt like family. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

It was an ideal stay. The only thing is the weather--in the mountains you never know. The chalet and hosts were perfect.
