The Stables, Theberton

Beautiful peaceful location. Spacious, comfortable accommodation. The bed is very comfortable and the stable is gorgeous. We want to return soon.

There was nothing about it that we didn't like.

a lovely and charming holiday home where you feel serene, relaxed and de-stressed by beautiful countryside from every window. set in a stunning location yet close to a lovely local pub, and close to all key east coast locations.

The location was excellent, the hosts were friendly, the accommodation was excellent

The bed was very comfortable and the tv worked. The property was clean. The local pub in Theberton was good. Nice food and very welcoming.

Not a good idea having an oil fired boiler in the bedroom. It woke us up at 7am each day and the fumes were unpleasant. Definitely not good. The settee and armchair were very uncomfortable. The kettle was old and poured badly. Everything seemed very shabby, apart from the bed and the tv. The area around the property was neglected. There was a patio area at the side which was overgrown and couldn’t be used as there was no outside furniture, apart from a bench at the front of the property.It would have made a lovely, private spot for breakfasting or having a coffee. All in all, for the money, we were very underwhelmed.
