Being able to hear the waves from my bed at night. Being right on the beach Outside kitchen. Plenty of outdoor shaded lounging space. The pool. Solitude. Pet friendly.

A bit far away from center and dusty bumpy ride. But this was a very minor point

Everything, the fact that it's compeltely apart from any city and in front of a virgin beach.

The fridges were not working that good, looks like the salt affects their correct functioning.

Not a fancy place but at least a 3+ star with simple clean accommodations

The property is on a beautiful section of beach and has a nice pool and patio area. Great area to swim and boogie board in the ocean straight out from the house and lots of beach to walk. Housekeeper was sweet and kept the main areas very clean. Communication with host via Booking was good and check in timely.

Good and bad of being quite secluded, about 2 mile (10-15 min) drive from Troncones and a 20 minute walk down the beach to Majahua for going to dinner. On the weekend people were close in the properties on either side but then beautifully quiet for the week. The quality of mattress was poor, even for Mexico standards and the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint with more precision (not on ceiling, trim etc.). One bedroom does not have a/c. The grout color in the bathrooms made them look less clean than they were. It would have been nice to have the bathrooms cleaned and bedrooms swept at least once during the week long stay without being an extra charge since there is already a daily cleaning fee. Dining chairs that are not plastic would make the table nicer to hang out at but are typical. Overall it was a good stay but not our best in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous location, the beach was beautiful and the house is perfect. Can’t wait to return, truly a hidden gem. Rodrigo and his family are such charismatic wonderful people. We felt right at home. Town close by has everything you need, with great places to eat and get groceries.

The site, location, beach, pool (wonderful), facilities, rooms, and interaction with hosts - all were super, - no complaints at all! NB. Also no mozzies!

I don't know the comparative costs of rentals in Troncones area,- and - our stay was over New Year - but it felt very pricey to me. A few more kitchen equipments would be handy. No abarrotes nearby - Need a car. There should be some warnings about the rip currents (I had to help a kid in trouble from another house)

gorgeous beachfront home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hosts helped arrange someone to make breakfast (which was delicious) and had a fella cut down a fresh coconut for dessert! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Rodrigo and his mother were wonderful hosts, communication was exceptional and the facility and service were top notch. Definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you again, Rodrigo 😊
