Maria Place

La maison est excentrée, parfait pour les personnes qui aiment la solitude et le calme. La terrasse et la piscine sont super, c'est très agréable. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Maria est une femme exceptionnelle, d'une grande gentillesse ! Nous avons été traités comme des rois ! Merci pour tout !

La literie est un peu usée

Maria, die Vermieterin, war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend zu uns, zusätzlich konnten wir bei Ihr am "Ligkres-Strand" gratis den Schirm mit Sonnenliegen benutzen. Die Lage im Hinterland des Strandes war hervorragend und sehr ruhig, hier konnte man das Haus mit Pool genießen.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat...

I strongly suggest Maria’s place to anyone is going to the center/south of Crete. Is strategic for the most beautiful and less touristic beaches of this wonderful island. The house is absolutely wonderful. Clean, with all you need there. With a wonderful swimming pool. Really quiet (you are alone in a super safe place). Cretan people likes to feel you part of their family. And Maria is absolutely a leader on this. It is clear that she and her family puts all her love in this house. And she is one of the best host I ever met. Thanks a lot!!!! I will suggest this place to anyone who is planning to go to south Crete. Last…. About Tabernas… I cannot judge which is the best one. But there are plenty of places around triopetra. One better than the other. Maria… I’ll come back again whenever I’ll have holidays in Crete.

Maria Place liegt recht einsam inmitten von Olivenhainen. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig! Und wer seinen Urlaub textilfrei verbringen möchte auch, es ist ringsum niemand. Die Straße nebenan ist kaum befahren. Es gibt einen ganz toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Das Haus ist nett und sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Und das Pool war ein Traum um sich zu erfrischen. Maria ist eine ganz liebe Gastgeberin! Sie hat einen Schirm- und Liegestuhlverleih am Ligresbeach.

Das sind nur Anmerkungen: Die Windräder am Berg zeigen es: hier ist ein Gebiet mit Wind - und wir hatten es Ende Juni sehr windig. Sie benötigen ein Auto und etwas Erfahrung mit schmalen, steilen Straßen. Der Strand ist 7 Min, nächste Supermarkt ist 17 Min. entfernt, - mit dem Auto - also nix vergessen!

Stayed for the 2nd time at Maria's Place, because we like the mountain view and the quiet location with no neighbours. We noticed some improvements had been made to the property since our last visit which was appreciated.

The privacy screen needs to be higher along the fence, because there were a few passers by on foot who look directly into the swimming pool area which made us feel uncomfortable

Beautiful little bungalow. Perfect for four people. Everything very clean and a good working order.

It’s a five minute drive to the beach

Convenient for where we needed to be in triopetra. Good outside/pool. Maria very welcoming and available.

The beds are quite uncomfortable and a/c only in the dining/living room area. Bedrooms get very hot.

Maria’s Place had everything we needed to have a brilliant relaxing holiday. The swimming pool was a highlight and the villa was lovely.
