Great location, easy to check in as the owner meet me. Very clean and tidy. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Close to the city. Would stay there again, very good value for money. The beds were comfortable the shower was good. Thank you.

Lovely home, beautifully presented. Easy instructions to get keys/check in. Extremely clean and tidy! Beds were very comfortable, and we loved having the space! Large modern kitchen, lounge, dining, bedrooms x 3 and bathroom plus laundry. Bathroom had both shower and bath with a seperate toilet room. We loved that it was dog friendly and was completely fenced front and back to keep our furry friend safe. Backyard was large, and the house had a wonderful sunny deck, where we enjoyed breakfast in the sun, with amazing views of farm land. Very peaceful house, and so cozy! Everything you needed, including sky TV, colouring books, games cupboard, wifi, heatpump. Also had coffee and milk for us & a beautiful bunch of flowers on the table. Very very happy with our stay and will definitely be back!! Staff were so lovely also at check in! So happy. Such a beautiful home!! 4 days wasn't long enough!!!

Very comfortable and nicely decorated house. Enjoyed having our meals outside on the balcony. Good shower. Comfy bed. Lots of crockery, cutlery, etc. Enclosed garden. Handy for town and local attractions. Host provided clear instructions about safe parking on the road, rather than trying to negotiate the very steep drive.

The accommodation was excellent. The best in NZ so far. The owner was waiting for us even though we arrived very late. We didn't have to think about breakfast. There was everything. If someone wants to spend their vacation like in their own home, I recommend this accommodation.

We could tell that the woman of the house has a great eye for detail and understands the nice to haves. The heat pump was definitely appreciated for the aircon and the facilities including the coffee machine, juice and milk included were all very nice touches to our stay. The house was impeccable and we appreciated the colour scheme throughout. Her comms were good too.

Unfortunately , our stay was marred by an initial interaction with the owner/husband (who lives next door). He came and confronted us about using the car park before we'd even had a chance to unpack our car. We were there on business and another colleague was coming and we couldn't warn him in time not to come down the driveway because the husband told us that another car couldn't fit (despite it being a double carpark). The owner exclaimed "I'm not trying to be shitty" but that's exactly what his attitude was. My partner drives a truck & trailer for a living but the owner insisted he had to tell us how to get out of the driveway... We got out just fine. After this, we felt like we were being watched the whole time. He came out a second time to talk to the guys and instructed our colleague to park out on the street. However, because the street was busy with a funeral next door our colleague had to park far away and then walk back to the house. The owner/husband also complained about having to move his own multiple cars because he'd usually park them in "our spot". The house is really nice but that experience has ensured that we will never book with these people again.

The place was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for family. The owner was nice and friendly. Breakfast included.
