Parrs cottage

Absolutely perfect, idyllic hideaway stay in a beautiful, totally original home. Everywhere was full of character and the outdoor spaces were unique with something interesting to see and find in every corner. Jennie, the owner was so friendly and all the personal touches were so welcome. I'd definitely stay here again. A complete haven and escape from the world.

Everything was perfect.

had no milk as complimentary milk had gone rancid at some point in the fridge and this meant there wasn't a usual coffee or tea option. i disposed of the remainder of the milk pots as were thick like yogurt half way down in the other two. if we knew we could have collected some milk on route.

A hidden gem nestled away in the beautiful English/Welsh boarder. Away from the beaten track, a lovely little cottage full of character. It's very peaceful here and the owner, Jenny was very friendly and welcoming. Perfect place for relaxing, reading a book or just watching the garden birds. The photos just don't do the place justice. Amazing house in the middle of farming lands. Very quiet and relaxing, with bird feeders on a sliding glass door. Vintage feel but much appreciated, we have actually watched a couple of movies on VHS after 20 years. Most accommodating host and everything you need in the house.

What an amazing quirky little cottage! It is set in a beautiful quiet rural location surrounded by fields and within a garden full of shrubs, flowers and wild life. Jennie the host is a wonderful lovely and kind lady who made sure that our stay was as great as we hoped it would be.
