Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’échange que nous avons eu avec le propriétaire, Nino, qui est très sympathique et toujours disponible. Il nous a vraiment aidés à découvrir la région et nous a donné d’excellents conseils. Nous avons adoré le calme de l’établissement ainsi que les magnifiques couchers de soleil au bord de la piscine, un vrai moment de détente. Et bien sûr, une mention spéciale pour Oscar, la mascotte de l’établissement, qui a fait le bonheur de tout le monde ! Une expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Un vergel en Balestrate,tranquilidad y un trato cercano , excelentes anfitriones,el jardín que han creado con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación ,el atardecer con cientos de aves refugiándose en la arboleda,mi hija y yo hemos disfrutado muchísimo de los días pasados aquí y mi hija encantada con el perro ( Óscar) de los anfitriones .Para volver sin duda

Nino is perfect host, very hospitable ready to help you in every moment, He filled us with a list of things to see and restaurants where to eat. We had really great time in his place. Nice sunset and large garden. Apartment was good equipped with everything that what we need.

Road to the house is not asphalted and a little bumpy. Nino organized bagger to flatten the surface.

Peace, quiet, large garden, swimming pool, high chair, and baby crib. Excellent and friendly owners.

Our family greatly enjoyed staying at this apartment in the villa. Beautiful garden with pool. The host was very welcoming and promptly provided recommendations for what we were interested in. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need and is located in a quiet area and no neighbors in the close proximity. The icing on the cake is Oscar, the most playful dog. We will be missing him ❤️.

The house with a fantastic garden is an oasis of freshness in the surrounding dry Sycilian landscape. The flat keeps chill temperature even if it is hot outside. You will find everything you need in the apartment, including washing machine, iron, an umbrella to take with you to the beach. At the arrival there is a bottle of water in the fridge and a bottle of wine on the table waiting for you. The owner, Nino, is very responsive and supportive but always keeps distance when needed: the owners garden is separated from the guest garden. The pool very clean and just for 2 families. Our kids loved it.

Good to know in advance that the road to the house is quite steep, just to be prepared. We managed to drive it up and down for a week, anyone else will do it too :)

I cannot recommend highly enough. The garden with the swimming pool is just stunning. It bacame our daily evening routine to seat and stare at the nicely lit pool and the palms surrounding it. If it weren't for the mosqitoes... ;) The apartment itself is not exceptional but it was clean and good for the price. It had everything we needed. We also got a baby cot and a baby chair without extra charge. Nino, (the host) was extremely helpful and caring. His tips made our trip more convenient and interesting.

I really recommend this place Garden is amazing, apartment is really clean and nice. If you want rest and spend good time it'll be the best choice The host is a very nice and helpful person...:) 10/10
