Great location close to Harrogate town centre but still in the countryside. Short walk to a local pub restaurant. Very well equipped, warm, clean and maintained. Very helpful and friendly owner

Loved the location, how quiet it was. The log burner was amazing. Its 10 mins from Harrogate town centre. The cottage has everything you need and more! Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, oven and hob! We stocked up before we got there. I loved the fact you are left to your break away. We did see the owner on the last day. But we had the number if we needed anything. The wifi is on router upstairs, there is plenty of fire wood, towels and bedding what more do you want!!! This cottage is a gem, hope to go back we loved it. 5 stars from us.

Comfortable, quiet, cosy and a great location. Also a lovely little cottage and very well looked after. We would happily come back and highly recommend.

The area; the cottage was lovely. Extremely peaceful, relaxing, and calm. Made you feel at home and part of the 'family' the animals all made us feel welcome... including the geese, dog, and kittens.. the quietness of the area was welcomed and well provided. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We felt safe and comfortable from start to finish and wished we could stay longer.

No welcome pack. Directions to some amenities, the local pub and shop. A bottle of milk for when we arrived to make you feel welcome, It's a long way to go and get some milk to make tea. So a brew and a biscuit go a long way. Some information about the local area (shops, food restaurants) Also information about the heating and how to use things in the house. Extra fire lighters, as it would have been nice to have one fire when it's cold and damp over a two night stay. Having said that, we loved staying and would love to stay again. Once we sorted the firelighters' situation and learned how to operate equipment, we would have been most comfortable. A well-deserved resting place for two tired self-employed workers.

Great location, out of the way and quiet but just near enough to the town centre to be there in less than 10 minutes. Super cosy place. Had the best nights sleep 🤗

Delightful and spacious cottage, beautifully decorated and furnished in a lovely quite setting not far from town. Would definitely visit again next year.
