Nice location near a lovely beach Easy to walk to St Ives Modern rooms Balcony overlooking the sea

No where was organised to put rubbish Instructions were to put recycling and rubbish in defined places Buy these places were not there There were some black bins outside that were upside down with a pallet in-between them After paying £1200 for 7 nights did not expect to be moving a pallet and turning wet dirty bins over Also Instructions to strip bedding and put into bin liners before leaving I am not the cleaner of the holiday let The apartment below had water leaking into it so had the inconvenience of leaving the keys so a builder could come and look through our apartment to see what the problem was Which turned out to be a repeat problem for previous times that was not sorted Parking space for this apartment was also really bad Overall the stay here was ok But not worth the price payed I would say maybe £800 would be more realistic Wouldn't stay here again based on this experience

Location was very handy .. and while we did walk down to the beach and to the station, we actually drove down a couple of times and found parking in Carbis Bay Hotel (we were eating anyway there) no problem at all. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed x

Parking is tight ... and you will need to be able to walk upstairs to the penthouse/down to the beach so you need to be mobile.

Parking on site was easy, good location with short downhill walk to beach, lovely view of Carbis bay from small balcony. The property was spacious and comfortable. Well equipped. It was clean, the beds were comfy with good white linens.

One bathroom has a shower the other a bath, as there were only two of us that was fine but might end up queuing for shower if there are four people.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious with everything you need. Fantastic views including sea view from the balcony of carbis bay beach. The location was perfectly situated. The washing machine was not working but was replaced the following day after reporting.
