Holme Valley Vista, Holmfirth

Everything! It was immaculate, close to the centre, had a lovely view and a very comfortable bed 10 out of 10

Holme Valley Vista was a lovely, cosy and comfortable place to stay. The house contained everything we needed, the location was peaceful with a lovely view and having a parking space was a bonus. We would definitely recommend this place and return for a visit.

We liked everything about the property, there were no negatives.

Excellent facilities, attention to detail, location, instructions for arrival. This beautiful little house was perfect and ideal for us. There's a folder with local information regarding places to eat which is always helpful. The views are stunning, there's parking & a little seating area where you can enjoy the view and birdsong ☺️

The location was a nice walk from the town, up a bit of a hill, but the view from the property was brilliant. Nice, compact cottage, with everything we needed for our short stay.

Not easy to find at first but once we found the road sign (which has half missing lol)no problems.

Absolutely lovely little place with beautiful views of the surrounding fields and countryside as we were very high up. Beautiful gardens. Super cosy throughout. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy. A well equipped lovely little place. Couldn't have asked for more.

TV was a bit small..

This property has everything you need for either one night or longer stays-we were even provided with fresh milk on arrival which was very welcome. Everything has been thought about-fully equipped. Very clean with exceptional views of the country side. The handbook tells you everything you need to know about the facilities and area. The instructions you receive to access the property are very clear, especially recommending reversing on the drive 😀. The annex is part of the main house but you have your own access with driveway. We didn’t see anyone but knew if we needed them they would be there. Yes the property is up a hill but it took us literally 10 mins to walk down to the centre of Holmfirth. If walking isn’t your thing then I’m sure there are plenty of taxis to get you back up the hill. Don’t let this put you off staying here, it’s really not that bad. Nice hidden gem.
