Location, historic home, great bathrooms, kitchen well outfitted, TV channels, easy street parking, comfortable beds.

Carpet needs to be replaced or removed. Sheets have seen better days.

We love this house. It has 3 floors with 3 bathrooms and two bathtubs. One even on the top floor. Built in 1891 in old Northside. What a cool location.

Parking but not really a problem if you know how to parallel park.
