Casa Ferdinand

O casa mare construita la inceputul secolului XX, cu usi si ferestre mari si inalte, doua dormitoare foarte luminoase, un dormitor si o sufragerie mai intunecoase, bucatarie, baie interioara si inca o baie in curte, in casa poti simti atmosfera de inceput de secol XX, chiar daca decorul e eclectic. Dispozitia e circulara, cumva labirintica, camerele comunica intre ele si cu holul si baia, foarte practic. Curtea are un foisor acoperit unde pot sta cel putin 6 persoane si o zona cu 2 scaune si o masuta. E foarte aproape de Tomis Mall si magazine alimentare, la cca 5 minute. E cam la 10 minute de mers de faleza. Nu se vede in curte de afara, e un gard fals de frunze. In curte incap 2 masini. La 2 minute e un parc mare cu coloane si bucati de cladiri din perioada romana si cu echipamente pt copii pana in cca 4-5 ani. Pe scurt, gasesti tot ce vrei. Pretul foarte accesibil. Aer conditionat, coffee maker si televizoare in toate camerele.

Per total a meritat cu prisosinta, ne-am intoarce cu placere acolo, e un loc foarte bun!

Spatiu generos , camere inalte, luminoase.

Excellent central location walking distance to malls, market and food shops and most historic sights in the old town. Comfortable beds, quiet house with lots of character, great potential if owner would invest a little.

Cleanliness of sheets and towels substandard. Broken dishwasher, would have been useful for large family group. Outside terrace roof torn so after rain impossible to use. Could use more plates and utensils for large group. Very small counter height fridge inadequate for large groups. Bathroom tub needs a curtain to avoid splashing everything. Payment cash only feels insecure for reservation purposes. Beach in summer for those going there daily about 20 minutes walk.

We liked everything, the host was very nice , the house was good , we enjoyed our stay , and we're gonna come back for sure ❤️!
