One week stay. The location was very good with walks from the door. Plenty to do for a week or two. Walks around Coldingham and the Priory, along to coast to Eyemouth and St Abbs head. short dive to other walks eg. Cove to Pease Bay and inland Scottish Borders. Short drive to supermarkets and eating places in Eyemouth. Distant sea views and farmland. Very nice garden with outdoor seating with good private off-road parking next to property. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Linen was clean with good quality and fluffy towels. Good Smart TV with Netflix and other services.

En suite shower room was a bit mouldy. Decor was a bit outdated. Temperature and control markings on oven/grill had worn away so no longer clear.
