Location and clean

A small welcome pack would have been nice just of tea bags or coffee sachets/milk

The perfect property in a great location with lovely views. Lots of parking and only a 10 minute walk down to the centre which makes such a difference. Accessing the cottage was so easy. The cottage was so clean, the rooms were a great size and handy to have a bathroom each.

No issues at all :)

Nice clean cottage in a private location. Close to the town centre. Each room has a dedicated bathroom, which was nice. Two are en suite and the third can use the main bathroom.

Sofa was a little uncomfortable and no coffee table. Heating was a little random, boiling hot in rooms first night then chilly the next. Might just be that we didn't understand the smart heating controls.

Central location. Warm, cosy accommodation; comfortable beds; good showers; clean and we enjoyed the good facilities and provisions in the cottage, such as toiletries in the bathrooms and the tea and coffee in the kitchen. Good communication and all well organised.

Tiny shower room and the tiniest of sinks for the ground floor bedroom. The member of our group in the bedroom with this shower room said, that there was very little room and it was difficult to use the sink.

Lots of windows, lots of charm. Felt very safe in its location.

No dryer

This property was exceptional and just perfect for celebrating Christmas with our family. We loved everything about this place - location, size, comfort, full kitchen with everything, and a washing machine as well. The view over Inverness from the courtyard was just beautiful, and proximity to shops was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Great house, central, clean and with street (with permit) parking! Instructions were clear for checking in and out. One of the best houses we’ve booked in Inverness, especially with three toilets, so handy for getting ready.

Might feel small for up to 6 adults in the living area. We (3 adults) used it as base while shopping and ate out mostly.
