USUSUSGreat location, just outside Estes Park and the RMNP. You could see elk walking right out the parking lot. Close to all the "most do" trails in the park. Multiple dinning options right at Estes Park.
If you are taller than 5'10" it may be a little challenging to take a shower. Just a minor inconvenience. I would stay there again if in the area.

Hot tub in living room strange and if you are filling up tub, person in bathroom can't shower. Weird.
USI loved how close it was to down town estes where we spent most of our time. I enjoyed being able to park right by the door also
The low ceilings made it hard for a 6ft man to take a shower other then that no complaints
