"The hosts are very helpful and respond fast, but the house condition and amenities are just okay."

The location was great and very close to Gatlinburg

Our refrigerator was not working upon arrival. There was a mini fridge, but we had a lot of groceries and had to use coolers. The host was very quick to respond and they did have the refrigerator fixed on our 3rd day.

Beautiful scenery

The drive to get to it and traffic. It was dated and more stairs than explained in listing. Roads are very steep and no shoulder.

The view was amazing and location was very close to everything needed.

It was dirty. There was mold in both bathrooms. The waste water wasn't hooked up right to the septic and it was running straight onto the ground most of our stay. The hot tub was very dirty due to a lid that didn't fit and the jets didn't work so it was not like a hot bath. The lights didn't work in the bunk room, and the batteries for some of the remotes were mia.

Grill didn't work really well. Cover for the hot tub is hard to get back on due to being old and full of water. Bugs coming out of the drains as well.
