Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This is a nonsmoking property and smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the property. Smoking, burning of incense, candles or any open flames are prohibited in the condo or in the lanai. Any degree of disregard to this condition is subject to a minimum 500 charge for damagesPayment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
