"Very nice property, extremely nice equipped and in close vicinity to Nugget Point."

The property was an excellent managed bungalow, everything was there from kitchen equipment to bathroom and shower. The view was very nice and as described in the booking mask.

They heavily use herbicides in order to control the growth of grass at the border of their lawn. They also use it for the carpark - ok, forgiven. But that in order to make it easy these poisons are used also to control the growth of lawn where you don't want it go grow - this is insane.

"Extraordinary accommodation in a very nice and secluded place near to Nugget Point."

Excellent property with a very nice view. The equipment was above our expectation, kitchen facilities were superior to what we have experienced at other places.

They use herbicides in order to control the growth of grass in the lawn and parking lot. There is no explanation about using the WiFi, waste facilities, washing machines, etc. A one page explanation of all these things would be helpful. Unfortunately we added glass containers to the recycle bin and did not know that this is not allowed here. Sorry for that.

"A Perfect Stay"

The Yellow House provided us with an ideal base for a few days exploring the Catlins. The house was exactly what we needed, and hoped for - comfortable, warm, spacious, very well equipped, in a quiet area, near the pub and near the places we wanted to visit.

"Lovely house with lots of comforts."

No breakfast, in fact nothing in Kaka Point was open until 12:00 midday.

I didn’t like the sheets, they had a high amount of polyester in them. It’s not what I expected for the cost of the accommodation.

Great Stay in Kaka Point We had a wonderful stay at Jared & Karla's place. The property was exactly as described in the listing and it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Not to mention, it's just a short drive from the beach! If you're looking for a cozy and relaxing stay in Catlins, I highly recommend this place.

"Beautiful seaside house with all the comforts of home!"

This is a beautifully modern house by the seaside! Very well equipped just like home with everything you could possibly need! The kitchen was really well equipped and we enjoyed cooking our own dinner. Very comfortable and warm beds. Very nice deck to enjoy the sunrise and morning coffee! Less than 15 mins to Nugget Point. We would have enjoyed being here for more days! Thanks to the lovely hosts also!
