Cosy Cityhouse Leeuwarden

Very charming house from the 1600's. Conveniently located for walking but a bit tricky to drive there. The floors on the 2nd floor are very squeaky but given that the house is more than 400 years old, who am I to complain about that? Comfortable bed and enormous bathroom. We really loved the place, mostly because the old charm.

I don't like to complain, but if I am to bring up some minor things, it would be that I couldn't get the shower temperature down to a level of my liking (too hot). I would have also liked to have a washing machine, maybe instead of a dishwasher. But really, this is a very unique old house, and I'm very happy with our stay.

Lots of space and well thought out. Comfortable bed and great location.

We didn't dislike anything

both night parties where outside in the street, so didn’t have a lot of sleep. But if you are party person it should be perfect.

We really liked the place. Bigger than you would expect initially. Had everything we needed. Close to centre of town.

Nice central location, but that comes with weekend street noise. Didn't spoil our enjoyment, but something to be aware of.

It is very charming and nicely decorated. Beautiful bathroom and nice shower. Very spacious bedroom upstairs.

There was not a cooktop in the kitchen. A bit dark, could not seem to get the ceiling spots to work. Could have used a cutting board and sharp knife.
