"Ok if you are not fussy but staff not friendly"

great location, easy checkin adequate facilities

Staff very hard to find. Door to reception locked and no door bell or place to leave keys at check out time. and not friendly. Had to ask to get room serviced (bins not emptied no clean linen) and shower head broken

"Just felt the house was very unloved"

It was nice and close to where we needed to be

I am sorry to have to complain but when we drove up the grounds were overgrown and lawns hadn’t been done. I thought I must have been at the wrong property. The bathroom had mould in the sink snd the shower was not very nice. Sorry just for the price we paid it wasn’t very good.

It must have been undergoing do-up as there were lots of things need TLC

Remote for TV was quite tricky. Could have had a few more times for our week long stay. .

Tea towels and bath towels smelly. Cockroach in sugar canister, house not clean. Garden very neglected and overgrown.
