A great property, brilliant location and excellent value

Good location, reasonable price, compact and fairly basic but clean and adequate for one person for a few nights. Booking and check in was straight forward..

Uncomfortable furniture, including worn out sofa, small bed,, insufficient bed cover (too small) and no spare blankets.

The place was well-stocked for a wide variety of needs, be it a place to stay while enjoying the activities of Lyme Regis, or as a home away from home.

The location was excellent. On a hill but a very short walk into the town & very near the museum.

The sofa was very uncomfortable. It needs a firm infill. The TV was not easy to use. More cutlery was needed & things like egg cups. There should have been a non slip mat for when using the shower. And a handrail for the older tenants to use. We found using the shower was quite frightening-it would have ruined our holiday if one of us had fallen & damaged an arm or leg.

Clean, well equipped, excellent location with parking easily found near by. Great communication from staff. We did the guided fossil hunt through Lyme Regis museum and would highly recommend

Not a negative- just to be aware of. I sleep very lightly and could hear some nose from next door- I should have taken ear plugs. This probably wouldn’t bother most people. You can’t stop outside to unload so just to be aware all bags need to be carried a short distance.

Great central location and so clean.

Only thing I can think of…I am 6’1” and kept hitting my head on the lampshades in the lounge and bedroom. It happened so often it became an in-joke. They would have to go if I moved in permanently! 😂

Fantastic central location, just a couple of minutes walk from the village centre. The apartment, on the first floor, was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen comes with a washing machine, microwave cooker and fridge. Pretty much all you need for a multi day stay.

The only issue some may have is the lack of parking at the property, but this is by no means unusual in a village not planned around the car! There is no stopping outside either, but there are ample local car parks available, and there is a 1-hour maximum stay parking area on Anning Road, a minute or so from the house for unloading and loading. We booked a nearby driveway for our stay, through Just Park.
