9 Farnham House

The property was clean and cosy, a lovely surprise to have a welcome bag. Location is fantastic with amazing views. Great touches like a fancy coffee machine (I do love my coffee) an air fryer and bits like washing up liquid, hand soap and dishwasher pods which made us feel like guests not lodgers.

There's nothing we didn't like.

Sea view comfy beds

Living space was spot on, view over the bay was stunning, quiet location yet close to everything. Welcome hamper.

The fixed equipment felt tired & in need of maintenance or update. Kitchen kick boards displaced. Shower cubicle mold on door seal. There was definitely an issue with wood lice-not that I have an issue with them personally but I hoovered dozens of the deceased all over the surface of the property. Sliding door to bedroom does not function correctly, it displaces from the runner each time it's fully opened as it simply isn't fitted correctly. I felt that this property was lovingly fitted out by a gifted DIYer rather than professional specialists. It also needs a bit of knowledge to switch on the immersion heater. The enclosed garden was a little deceiving as the surrounding wall was probably less than 3ft high with an 8ft drop the other side-a little hairy for owners of lively dogs.

The bathrooms were so small, bedrooms also had no where to put luggage,so cramped for 4 people.Could hear everyone in our space..

the location was perfect and so nice for our quick stay!

Our only recommendation is to make clear in the rules that we’re not allowed to use the front lawn as we got scolded by one of the neighbors for using it to play a game. other than that it was perfection!
