Central location. Quiet area. Plenty of space for our party of 4 adults. Good amenities and a lovely welcome pack 👍

Some aspects of the property need updating or refreshing

Easy to find and retrieve the keys

Having No fan in the heat of the day.

Great hilltop location. About a 10 minute walk to the beach (20 with kids, and 30 going back uphill….!). Kitchen was well stocked, and even had sharp knives. All appliances worked well. The view from the top room was lovely - you can see Portland Bill on a clear day :-)

Roadside location made it a tad noisy. Luckily the kids bedroom was on the other side of the house. P

property is well kept with good facilities, good location

Heating instructions not included but should be Bin recycling notices in the property give differing dates for bin pickup. Recycling bins need new information stickers on them, existing ones cannot be read. Parking is only for one car, we had two so had to park in public car park

Location and secret room upstairs was very good

Lack of basics and the house is in need of a bit of a renovation

Location fantastic/sea views. Beds very comfortable.

It was pleasant but the kitchen was very tired & disappointed with the lack of condiments/tea/coffee facilities compared to where we have stayed in previous houses. Garden is a lot smaller than the picture showed. Also, having to strip beds before you depart is a bit much...its meant to be a holiday home! Didn't think it was a particularly good value for money.

The house is well situated, only a 10 minute walk from the beach and the city centre. It was clean and cosy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The extra room under the roof is very lovely.

The dining area/ table is really quite small for 5 people. It is manageable though. The door knobs were a bit annoying as some doors are difficult to open because of the placement of the knobs.
