Easy check in - we got given the lock box code beforehand. Everything was clean and it was a perfect space for a group of 5 friends, with enough room in the kitchen to cook and chat, and great communal spaces. The location is great, lots of cafes nearby and the beach. The car park is only a 5 minute walk away as well. Cleaning products and drying racks were supplied which was very useful.

Central location

Although spacious it was mostly sitting areas. The kitchen was small and the sleeping areas cramped and on top of each other. One bathroom very small and the other bathroom/ wet room situated two floors from bedrooms. A refurb could make much better use of the spacious giving better sleeping arrangements. Problems with delayed access, bad cleaning and rubbish left in black bags by previous incumbents. Not a good start and not addressed by Sykes from messages sent to them.

Lots of steep stairs. Young adults hit heads on lampshades. Bathrooms very, very small. 3rd bedroom too small with wonky bunk beds. Not suitable for young children or elderly. No outside space. Emails not answered.
