l'alloggio ha bisogno di una migliore manutenzione,in quanto sarebbe necessaria una imbiancatura totale, un ripristino del battiscopa ed una riparazione al termosifone di un bagno perchè c'era una perdita d'acqua.Per quest'ultima, nonostante fosse intervenuto un manutentore, il problema non è stato risolto
