The property is clean, the kitchen area is nice, the living room also nice. Have car parking if you bring the car. Near bus stop and convenient store. Everything perfect.

The heater is not functioning. We are cold inside and the temperature outside at that time is 2degree (feel like -3 dgree celcius).

Spaces house plenty of room

Front door not brilliant was banging all night as door to small so wind and and cars passing made the door bang , with been in a new place at some point though someone was trying door so didn't sleep to well , but all in all good place

Beds were okay

Property had not been cleaned on arrival, food from previous people left out, crockery in cupboards not clean, poor state of repair, bins not emptied both inside and out in fact bins outside were overflowing; beds not stripped or remade, one plug socket not working in twin room, main light in double room faulty plus door sticks and very difficult to open; black mould in window in single room and bed not stripped and remade; no pillow for one of the twin beds and when found stuffed in wardrobe it was dirty but still out back on bed; cooker dirty with dirty shelves and trays. These were all just put back in the oven by the cleaner; sink in bathroom had no plug and water was very slow to drain so obviously has a blockage, toilet seat not attached properly to toilet; a pair of very used trainers were left in one of the kitchen cupboards. Whole place is very run down and in need of a lot of work. Front and back gardens very overgrown with weeds. Rug in the living room is a dangerous trip hazard as two opposing corners were curled up and we all kept tripping over them including my sister who has a disability. Tables all dirty and not cleaned, washing up liquid had been greatly watered down so not effective, not enough crockery nor cutlery for the number of people staying - house supposed to accommodate 6 people but not sufficient crockery etc not chairs at the table which had just four available. Broken and burned out extension plug left in cupboard where dryer was stored, no tea towels left out and towels very small and of poor quality as were the duvets which were extremely thin and again poor quality. Cushions on beds dirty.

The house was nice, and the area was very quiet. It’s just a 2-minute drive to access the highway, with markets and restaurants within walking distance.

The contact number I received through booking.com was difficult to use for communication. Additionally, an incident occurred that I reported to the landlord, but he chose to ignore it.

Was Filthy. Wasn’t cleaned, dirty towels, dirty un made beds. Lock on door wasn’t working.
