Slip-A-Way Lodge

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOUSE WAS AMAZING. Great views, house is well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are neat and the list goes on. The host as well as the housekeeper is outstanding, and the communication was exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

The place was amazing, the location was perfect, everything was beautiful. Craig sent very clear instructions. It really was amazing and so worth it.

Slip-a-way Lodge was phenomenal. It lives upto it’s name and is truly a place to slip away too. The lodge was clean and tidy when we arrived. The photos were exactly how the place was. 10/10

Nothing. Everything was amazing. We had a issue with the wifi when we arrived, but the owner sent someone out to fix it the next day. He is an amazing host.

Our family spent a week at Slip-a-way over Newyear. The house offers many entertainment and relaxing options. There is safe parking. The services of a cleaner was offered as an optional extra and Eileen was a most pleasant lady. Spacious home with all amenities and nice braai area with firewood in the house (honesty box). DSTV to watch sport. Beautiful view and interesting to watch the boats departing for shark cage diving. A tidal pool close by but this is not a swimming beach right in front of the home. We went to Franskraal beach on our beach days and also did a mountain hike. Superette is walking distance up the street. Nice fish takeaways or sit-down at Gansbaai Fish Market. Hermanus close enough for a day excursion to smart restaurants and shops and the lovely walk down the promenade. Will recommend this area and specifically the Slip-a-way Lodge. Thank you.

My only recommendation would be to offer some small fleece blankets in the lounge area for evening chills.
