FLATZY - 6 bed Oasis Close to Football Stadiums

The house was pretty with great potencial, but very poorly maintained.

Well, where to start… the beds were small for a couple with 1,70 and 1,80cm. But the worst was the poor cleaning of the place… we found cookies, hair, and even pills on the floor, behind the sofas and underneath the beds. The owner then told us he would refund the cleaning fee, but never did and stopped answering, and this was in December. Unfortunately I would tell you to avoid this place.

Immediately after arriving at the apartment, we found out that duvets and bed linen were missing. After contacting the landlord, the missing items were delivered. The second day, the hot water stopped working, the Wi-Fi was not functioning, there was no light in one of the rooms, the blinds were broken, and in one bedroom the window could not be closed, which was a serious issue in November. The worst part was that during our absence, strangers entered the house. After we reported all these issues to the landlord, we were promised a 20% compensation. This turned out to be a lie — we never received any refund.

Flat was excellent but location was a little bit too far from the centre of the town.
