"Budget accommodation that does the job"

My sons found the beds comfortable. Nice to see cereals and milk out.

The fridge freezer was off when we arrived and it was smelling. Kitchen was overall very dirty as if the cleaners did a half hearted job. Cobwebs throughout and dusty shelves. I don't leave negatives usually but it does need a proper clean especially the kitchen. We couldn't get sky to work, although the host did reply and told us to unplug things it still didn't work, we were fine with normal tv in the end but there was no checkup to see if we had sorted it out.

Great location, partway up the Orme. Lovely cottage, the owner had kindly left milk and some things to make breakfast and a brew. Great views, absolutely loved our stay here. Thank you, we will be back 😊

"Nice cottage ideal for a few nights stay, close to Llandudno and access to other local places"

Comfortable double bed, good shower, central heating, great location to Llandudno and surrounding area

My only complaint was there were a lot of cobwebs and the girls (16yr) had to share a king size duvet between the 2 single beds
