Copper Mine Cottage

The owner had left us a fabulous welcome package which we weren't expecting. It was a nice, homely cottage and perfect for the weekend that we had booked. The cooker was excellent which was great as we were cooking all of our meals at home.

My only recommendation would be that we couldn't get the hot water to work although it was turned on and that it would be good to upgrade the bedding on the beds.

Not really anything to dislike just some of the facilities could be updated like kitchen utensils and front room rug and sofas which I would definitely pay more for as it’s a great cottage

Location comfortable beds

The cleaners saying we had not booked an early check-in. When I clearly showed them the email from you to say we had. We had to wait in the car in the rain with a young baby, until the rain stopped. They came across as rude and not welcoming . plus The kettle tripping the electricity, so I had to buy a new kettle.

Electric kept fusing

Very nice cottage and the views from the front windows wonderful! We were very lucky to have great weather and it was so beautiful and sunny having my morning coffee on the bench outside looking out over the view. I would definitely agree that it is a steep walk back up to the cottage but it is doable if you are fit and healthy.
