Clean inside cute kitchen. It did have some standard items. Although the drinking glasses had lip marks on them. Liked the small cootage vibe

Yard where bbq was overgrown with weeds thst had dried out.. fire hazardous..one time when we left when we returned we found the gate to the backyard open as if someone had been in the yard and left. Spare blanket was not clean Also there was open access to the back fenced Yard from neighboring yards. Lots of cleaning products in hall shelving covered by curtains.. couldn't turn off swamp cooler

Way better than a motel. The owner went to great lengths to see that everything was there for a great stay. Kitchen had al the tools and accessories.

The sleeper couch could be improved, but definitely not a deal breaker.
