"Wonderful stay"

Lots of space for big groups, from the kitchen table to the fact that all but one bedroom has an en-suite. Well equipped kitchen and bbq area. Close enough to town centre, beautiful area.

Compulsory extra payment upfront for heating use seems unnecessary, should at least be based on useage

The house is great Beautiful with Lots of room, and well equipped kitchen We stayed in April so can’t testify on the pool that looks great

All and all it was very good The living room can have bigger tv Also the internet is not that fast

"We were glad that we chose Villa Bellaria, it was a fine ‘home from home’ for all our family."

Pool area is lovely, pool itself well maintained. Layout of living areas. Shaded outside area. A quiet attractive location, 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to Lucignano. We were a multigenerational family group and we all felt comfortable.

We stayed during the July 2022 heatwave. No fans provided as an option for cooling and the additional 25 euros per day for air conditioning was expensive. Some of us found the mattresses too firm.
