Nothing, it was all great!

Die Lage ist toll. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und bietet theoretisch einen guten Komfort.

Als wir ankamen war der Pool und das gesamte Aussengelände sehr verdreckt, auch lagen gefährliche Gegenstände offen rum. Die Terrassenmöbel waren beschädigt. Die Küche war nicht für 8 Personen ausgestattet. Die Toilettenspülung im Masterbedroom ist ständig ausgefallen, das Bad im Garten hat kein warmes Wasser. Wir hatten 4 Tage gebucht, wovon wir 1 Tag damit verbracht haben Mängel zu melden und im Detail Fragen zu beantworten was wir noch benötigen um den gebuchten Zustand zu erhalten. Der Vermieter war freundlich, hat schnell geantwortet und sich zeitnah um Nachbesserung bemüht. Es hat sehr viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet mich darum zu kümmern den Aufenthalt für uns (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) noch irgendwie zu retten. Umso größer ist die Enttäuschung, dass unsere Aufforderung für eine angemessene Kompensation bis heute ignoriert wird.

It was very spacious

Bellissima casa in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo. Molto spaziosa, con 4 camere e due bagni, una zona giorno enorme, un patio coperto e una piscina molto bella. In giardino c’è una piccola dependance con uno spogliatoio e un altro bagno.

Il giardino non è curatissimo. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno sono entrati per due volte degli estranei: una volta per portare del materiale da lavoro (tegole) e una mattina (all’alba!) sono arrivati due “giardinieri” i quali hanno iniziato a pulire con il soffiatore ovunque facendo volare quindi polvere, terra, peli di animali dappertutto, compresa la nostra roba appesa fuori ad asciugare… non vi dico quindi la piscina… ho scritto al proprietario, riportando il problema e mi ha risposto dicendomi che quello era il giorno dei giardinieri… ok, ma magari sarebbe carino avvisare in anticipo gli ospiti! (E possibilmente non farmi venire all’alba)

Plenty of room, nice pool, AC , Bathrooms.

Poorly maintained, lots of things need replacing. The back door , the BBQ is a disgrace, only one working TV remote, bathroom window doesn't shut, the Oven is broken, the 4th bedroom (office) is the other side of the property not good for children with a 6" mattress. All of the bedding is old and faded.Bedroom side light broken. Several blinds broken Most of the above can be found in previous reviews, I would question some of the reviews, not sure if they actually stayed at the property. Lots of space but nothing in it. Minimal effort for maximum profit.
