1st TH-the view 2nd TH- location & more room and supplies

1st TH- besides having intermittent electricity when we arrived at 3 and the following day that caused us to relocate and waste a day of our vacation the furniture, rugs and bed spreads were really dirty to the point we didn’t want to touch them. No toilet paper, iron/ironing board. Photos were misleading with the worn out deck furniture. Fire pit had no gas when we went to use it but it didn’t matter we couldn’t stay and enjoy the view we paid for. 2nd TH was cleaner but the furniture and rugs could use a good shampooing. The deck was too small for all of us to sit on together. That was something we wanted along with the scenic view.

a lot of stairs and no parking available and the front of the house was full of mud and couldn’t go through the front .

Superb location with great views of city from rooftop patio. Townhouse comfortably slept 7 adults, and is close to downtown. Spotlessly clean. Perfect for group trip to Nashville.

everything about the property was great. it was perfect for our family of 7 to be comfortable. the location was great - 10 minutes to just about everything we were there to do and see. Would gladly stay again!

Couldn’t hang out on the rooftop at night with the skyline, etc. because every time we did the neighbors came out smoking pot and a we just couldn’t do it. There were also at least 3 other units in our and the neighboring building that partied inside & out all through the night on Friday & Saturday evenings.

enjoyed the space- the kitchen/living areas were comfortable and cool. very clean and organized. the washer/dryer availability was terrific.
